"ABU DHABI'S SOVEREIGN WEALTH FUND (SWF) CANNOT BE BUILT ON THE BACKS OF INNOCENT VICTIMS. CLEAN UP YOUR ACT, OR FACE THE CONSEQUENCES."

The desire of the devil to amass wealth by corrupting individuals, businesses, and even countries is an ongoing process that has spread throughout the world. Abu Dhabi's history is a testimony to this, having experienced widespread financial fraud and manipulation, Abu Dhabi's Sovereign Wealth Fund Fraud (SWF Fraud) is all set to become one of the emirate's most notorious fraudulent schemes, following in the footsteps of the BCCI fraud and India-Etisalat fraud.

The leadership of UAE is embroiled in a series of illegal activities that have raised serious concerns. These illegal activities range from armed robbery to the embezzlement of funds that were obtained from foreign investors by police mafia nexus, causing widespread harm to innocent individuals and businesses alike.

The case "JABIR Vs UAE" related to this subject is of significant relevance. This case, which has been pending before the Indian government and the UAE administration for over 26 years, involves non-enforcement of UAE court judgments, embezzlement of vast funds, police looting, extortion, torture, defrauding, and other heinous offenses. Despite half a dozen court judgments against the UAE regime, the issue remains unresolved, underscoring the UAE's human rights violations.

Perhaps most troubling of all, the leadership of UAE has displayed a blatant disregard for court orders and legal mechanisms designed to hold them accountable for their actions. Instead, they have refused to return the stolen funds or even cooperate with the United Nations Human Rights Council (OHCHR)'s investigations into their illegal activities.

The consequences of these actions are dire and far-reaching. Innocent people have lost their livelihoods and savings, and businesses have been forced to close due to the corruption and instability caused by the leadership's illegal activities. Meanwhile, the international community is left to question whether UAE is a reliable partner for global trade and cooperation.

Furthermore, Abu Dhabi's Sovereign Wealth Fund (SWF) may have originated from ill-gotten gains resulting from police looting, extortion, and the misappropriation of funds belonging to foreign investors, despite having access to abundant natural oil and gas reserves that have generated immense wealth.

The unaccountability of Abu Dhabi's Sovereign Wealth means that it is impossible to track its origin or how it is being utilized. The Abu Dhabi SWF has established various unlawful channels, including the large-scale illegal trade of diamonds, gold, and other conflict minerals linked to organized crime, money laundering, smuggling, and conflict financing. This follows in the footsteps of two other notorious fraud cases of Abu Dhabi: the BCCI fraud and India-Etisalat fraud.

The collaboration of late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the founder of the United Arab Emirates and then UAE President and Emir of Abu Dhabi, and Pakistani banker Agha Hasan Abedi led to the establishment of the Bank of Commerce and Credit International (BCCI).

Abu Dhabi was the sole owner of BCCI, and its association with the bank earned it the dubious nickname "Bank of Crooks and Criminals." Following regulatory concerns and investigations BCCI was found to be established fraudulently, and its strategy for asset growth involved in heroin shipments, arms trafficking, and other illegal activities, serving a host of shady customers ranging from terrorists and dictators, laundering millions of dollars in drug money through its bank accounts.

Similar to today's all Abu Dhabi owned investments, the BCCI had also involved in bribery and PR work, and exposed a picture as an institution interested more in achieving moral gains, rather than increasing its total assets. In 1991 regulators raided and shut its operations in seven countries. In fact, the BCCI collapsed under the weight of its own fraud. By the time it collapsed, nearly $10 billion had disappeared, never accounted for.

Similarly, Abu Dhabi-owned Etisalat in India found itself in the midst of controversy when it was implicated along with some other telecoms operators in the 2G spectrum scam of 2008. The scandal resulted in a staggering loss of ?1,760 billion (US$25 billion) in government revenue, prompting the supreme court to force Abu Dhabi's telecoms company to shut down its operations in the country. The fallout from the scandal dealt a major blow to Etisalat's reputation and finances, with the company reporting significant losses in subsequent years.

Given the gravity of the BCCI and India-Etisalat fraud cases, the emergence of the Sovereign Wealth Fund Fraud (SWF Fraud) is a worrying development for Abu Dhabi. It is essential that the international community steps in to hold UAE's leadership accountable for their actions and ensure that justice is served. This may require a combination of diplomatic pressure, economic sanctions, and legal action to eradicate corruption and safeguard the interests of all stakeholders involved.

DEMOCRACY AND DEMOCRATS: One of the fundamental aspects of democracy is the protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms. This means that individuals have the right to express themselves, assemble and associate freely, and to be protected from discrimination, persecution or other forms of oppression.

Democratic societies also tend to uphold the rule of law, which means that everyone, including government officials, are subject to the same laws and regulations.

Democrats believe that dictators pose a threat to both regional stability and global security and that the United States has a responsibility to support pro-democracy movements and to use diplomatic and economic pressure to encourage democratic reforms in countries ruled by dictators.

JUDGMENT CREDITOR VS UAE: THE ENFORCEMENT OF COURT JUDGMENTS AND GLOBAL CAMPAIGNS! Judgment Creditor's adversaries were not the typical criminals; they were the individuals entrusted to uphold the law and were essentially the rulers of UAE. In an attempt to save face, the UAE Administration carried out a haughty and tyrannical act of deportation, despite having moral duties and assigned responsibilities towards enforcing judgments.

This action violated the fundamental human rights to a fair trial within a reasonable time, as the implementation of a judgment is considered a crucial component of this right. To make matters worse, the debtor - the ruler of UAE - circumvented all legal protocols and committed the heinous act of cheating the judgment creditor out of their rightfully earned rewards by deporting him from the country.

This forced him to abandon his different well-established business ventures, real estate properties, investments, reputation, and expertise that were earned through hard work and dedication.

The "Decree Holder" is now offering a reward of $10 million to anyone who can provide information leading to the arrest and conviction of this UAE culprit, Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan'. Read more on JABIR VS UAE Enforcement of Judgments

LONDON — The Hay Festival, an annual staple of Britain’s literary calendar, announced on Monday that an offshoot event to promote freedom of speech and women’s empowerment would no longer be held in Abu Dhabi after one of its employees accused the United Arab Emirates’ minister of tolerance of sexual assault. Caitlin McNamara, 32, said that the minister, Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak al-Nahyan, who is also a member of Abu Dhabi’s ruling family, assaulted her in February. "I feel I have nothing to lose,” she said. “ I want to do this because I want to highlight the effect of powerful men like him doing things like that and thinking they can get away with it.
